Product Description
[Features]
·The objective lens is composed of a reflector and is not affected by chromatic aberration due to the refractive index of glass, so it can be used in a wide wavelength range of 350 nm to 7 µm.
·It can be used for microspectroscopy, semiconductor failure analysis, etc.
·You can switch the lens-barrel length using the correction ring attached to the center of the main body.
·With this adjustment, it can be used for various types of microscope tubes with focal length ranging from 80 mm to infinite.
·Since the aluminum film of the reflection mirror has a MgF2 protective layer, the mirror does not deteriorate easily and can be used for a long period of time.
·Since JIS standard M20.32 (P = 0.706) is used for the mounting screw of the objective lens, it is compatible with all major microscope tubes.
·The focus point and image size of visible, ultraviolet/infrared wavelengths shows no difference and precise matching of the images of invisible light and visible light is possible.
·Adapters (OBLR-AMT) for attaching to microscope revolvers are also available.
·A fixed holder (LHO-20.32) that can fix the reflective objective lens is also available.
· * These objectives are not to be used for laser processing due to optical axis shielding of the reflection mirror.
· * There are microscopes that cannot be used with a reflective objective lens mounted to a turret.
· * The scale of cover glass thickness is not mobile.
· * Use the adjustable correction collar to adjust the scale of the lens-barrel length and the scale of the cover glass thickness.
· * The reflective mirror shields the center of the optical axis, so when observing a directional light source, the amount of light received may be extremely smaller or may not be observable.
· * There is a light loss of 45% or more due to the shielding by the reflection mirror (approx. 36%) and the aluminum reflectivity (approx. 90% / 1 side).
