fθ Laser Scanning Lens

Caution
Product Description
[Features]
·The fθ lens is a lens used for 2-dimensional scanning of a laser beam using a galvanometer mirror or polygon mirror.
·It is used for barcode readers, laser marking, laser microfabrication, etc.
·The constant velocity rotational motion of a mirror such as a galvanometer mirror is converted into a constant velocity linear motion of a spot moving on the focal plane by using the distortion effect of the lens.
·A telecentric type that can illuminate perpendicularly to the focal plane is also available.
·The manufacturer offers fθ lenses for the fundamental waves of YAG lasers (1,064 nm) and 6 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm) and CO2 lasers (9.3 to 10.6 µm).
· * The fθ lens is designed for scanning optics and is not recommended for imaging systems.
· * Place the beam scanning system (galvanometer mirror) according to the position of the entrance pupil of the fθ lens.
· * If the beam scanning system is not located at the entrance pupil, the aberration will be large and a good focusing spot will not be obtained.
