Product Description

[Features]
· An air gap type achromatic condensing lens that does not use adhesive on the lens.
· Used as the condensing lens in a 532 nm, high-output laser processing machine equipped with coaxial epi-illumination observation.
· Through the optimized lens design, the chromatic aberration has been corrected over a wide wavelength range centered at 532 nm.
· For lenses with a focal length of 60 mm or more, laser collimated light can be narrowed down to the diffraction limit spot diameter.
· Because the lens has received anti-reflection coating, there is little light amount loss due to reflection, enabling light beams to be effectively condensed.
· Separately sold protective glass can be attached to protect the objective lens from spray from laser processing.
· Dedicated lens holder (LHF-M34-30) is available for fixing condenser lenses.
· * Use condensing lenses when imaging an object with infinite distance as the focus or changing the positional light source to parallel light.
· * Sufficient optical performance cannot be obtained when used for imaging at a close distance, etc.
· * The condensing lens has an orientation for light incidence.
· * Be sure to have parallel light incident from the top (with the engraved stamp on the lens barrel upright).
· * When reversed, chromatic or spherical aberration may increase and the condensing spot may widen or images may be out of focus.
· * When used outside the specified wavelength range, aberration may increase and transmittance may worsen.
· * The condensing lens may become very hot and the condensing lens focal distance may vary if a high-power laser is used or the product is used near a light source generating heat.
· * Heat dissipation measures are required if irradiating for long periods.
· * If a smaller spotting diameter is desired, widen the incident beam diameter (1/e^2) to approximately half of the effective diameter of the condensing lens.
