CLB-1010-15PM Planoconvex Lens

Caution
Product Description
[Features]
· The cylindrical plano-convex lens has a curvature in the vertical direction and no curvature in the horizontal direction.
· Can be used for experiments in which laser light is condensed into a narrow line or for creating wide sheet light used for flow measurements.
· A BK7 lens for the visible range to the near infrared range.
· Three types of lenses with antireflection coating in the visible range, near-infrared range, and infrared range are available.
· Using a cylindrical lens in the optical system, the beam shape and the aspect ratio of the illumination light can be changed.
· A cylindrical lens holder (CHA) for fixing the cylindrical lens is also available.
· * Cylindrical planoconvex lenses have chromatic aberration, resulting in focal lengths changing with wavelength.
· * Cylindrical planoconvex lenses have a particular orientation for receiving the light.
· * Be sure to have parallel light incident from the convex surface.
· * When reversed, spherical aberration may increase and condensing lines may thicken.
· * Non-coated products have loss due to reflections at the front and rear surfaces, with a transmittance of about 90%.
