·"Air operated valve" that opens and closes the diaphragm valve with air 2 types of usage are possible depending on the difference in MAX pressure.
·▼ (1)"Single acting type": When air is applied to the OPEN port during normal pressure, the piston diaphragm rises and the valve opens to allow fluid to flow. When air is exhausted from OPEN port, the piston diaphragm lowers due to the force of the spring, the valve closes and the fluid stops.
·▼ (2)"Double acting type": When using high pressure (MAX 0.5 MPa) when air is pressurized to the OPEN port, the piston diaphragm rises, the valve opens and the fluid flows. When the OPEN port air is exhausted and the CLOSE port air is further pressurized, the force of the spring air lowers the piston diaphragm, closes the valve and stops the fluid.
