● ABS coolant-proof calipers (standard type) achieve a protection grade of IP67, which allows the device to be securely used even in environments where it could be exposed to large amounts of coolant liquid. A complete air leak test is performed to check the airtightness and guarantee quality.
● The LCD display uses large text that is easy to read. The high-contrast LCD display decreases fatigue.
● Easy to operate due to a simple single-switch design.
● The LCD display turns off when not used for approximately 20 minutes, due to an automatic power ON and OFF function. The ABS automatically restores the most recent origin position. Turns on automatically if the slide is moved.
● Absolute Scale ABS is built in, so it is not necessary to set zero each time the power is turned ON.
● Can also be used for step measurement.
● The battery lid does not require a screwdriver to open it, which allows batteries to be changed quickly.
● By changing to a low current consumption IC, battery life is increased dramatically to 5 years (prior model battery life: 3 years).
● A statistical process control system or measurement system can be configured.
● An inspection report is included as standard. (Note that it cannot be used to acquire calibration certification.)
