· After forming a solid film on the object without a gap, it forms a vaporization layer around it to further protect the mold.
· Ultra-thin membrane type.
· Corrosion inhibitors can be removed with a 2-3 shot trial.
· Exhibits rust preventing effects even at the high temperatures that molds are exposed to (about 130°C).
[Applications]
· Substitute for grease and rust preventing oil used in labor-intensive rust prevention and removal for molds that do not go well with oils.
· Long-term storage. For packaging machinery and iron parts for export.
