    Assembly Method

    Assembly Method

    1. Assemble the left/right frames. Prepare 8 × 474‑mm stainless-steel pipes, 2 × 2-way joints and 6 × 3-way joints. Pound in each pipe into the joint with a hammer, etc., referring to the diagram on the left.
At this point, make sure that the 3-way joints are facing each other such that they will go to the same positions.

    2. Once the left/right frames are assembled, connect the left/right frames with 3 × 674‑mm stainless-steel pipes. With this, the main body is complete.

    3. Place the top plate at around the center of the completed main body frame.

    4. Cover with the vinyl curtain.

    5. There is no hole in the top surface of the curtain, so cut one open with a box cutter, etc. as needed.

○: For the corner joint, pound the pipe all the way in so there is no gap. If it is not sufficiently pounded down, the main body frame may be shaky and other issues may occur.
×: If there are several millimeters of insertion gap left over, it may be difficult, but use a hammer, etc. to pound the corner joint down firmly all the way in.
