About The LPC Measurement Of This Product
The purpose of the evaluation is to measure residual particles after washing.
Evaluation Method
- 1.Sample pure water into a beaker, and perform LPC measurement (BG value).
- 2.Load the beaker into the product being measured, and perform LPC measurement (actual measured value).
- 3.Subtract the BG value from the actual measured value to get the determination value.
Measurement Conditions
- 1.For the amount of water to measure, use 10 cc 3 times and take the average value.
- 2.The measurement site conditions must be a Class 100 cleanroom.
