Aluminum pin vise which can be used as a pin gauge holder.
[Features]
· Pin gauge can be held for Go (green side) and No Go (red side), enabling use as a limit gauge in inspections.
· The collet made of special resin prevents damage to the pin gauge.
· Holding range is 0.5 mm on both ends of the pin gauge holder. * Only APV-0A is 0.3 mm.
[Applications]
· Used as a pin gauge holder.

What is pin vise

Vise is for clamping pin gauge use.
To prevent pin gauge from thermal expansion results from body temperature.

When checking the hole, use pin vise to clamp on two types of pin gauge which are
「hole that can enter (GO)」 or「 hole that can't enter (NO-GO)」.
It can be used as a plug gauge. (Detail instructions of plug gauge on page 16)
