■ The SUXSL series, a next generation high dimensional quality, high rigidity tap to make full use of high performance CNCmachining centers and the newer high precision tooling is now available.
■ From the YAMAWA analysis of the machining concept for thread cutting taps that conform to conventional pilot holes and thereview of the shape of the tap we created the optimum flute design.
■ By further improving shank precision and shank circularity for the entire tap, it became possible to create a highly accurate screwthread for high speed machining areas.
