With excellent durability and resistance to thermal expansion, this pin gauge enables easy gauge management and is JCSS calibration compatible.
[Features]
· Excellent abrasion resistance and very economical with a lifespan approximately 20 to 30 times longer than steel. (100x for honing work)
· Low thermal expansion coefficient (1/2 that of steel, 5x10-6/K) reduces the influence of temperature.
· High hardness eliminates worries about scratching the surface. Mirror-finish lapping has been applied to the face.
· No dimension change even if broken. (bulges at creases/bends)
· Gauge management is easy. (The periodic gauge inspection interval is lengthened, making it economical.)
[Applications]
· Used for measuring hole diameter or inspections using micrometers, vernier calipers, etc.
