Product Description
Scorch-preventing agent for dry films prepared by blending a high concentration of ultrafine particles of molybdenum disulfide.
[Features]
· A heat-resistant, wear-resistant and low-friction lubricant made of ceramic-like special inorganic resin containing molybdenum disulfide.
· A spray that can be applied to the friction surface to form a dry film and lubricate over a wide temperature range of -50 to +450°C.
· It is a dry film spray for preventing galling, creaking, and seizing at high temperatures.
[Applications]
· For cutting tools (excellent drilling chip discharge and prevents the tip set screw of the end mill from burning).
· For coating screws and pins under high temperature, for seize prevention, and for plastic manufacturing.
· For lubrication in dusty places where oil cannot be used.
· For lubrication for initial conformability of gears and metal bearings.
