PP band for hand tightening that has no loss of strength even when wet.

· Extremely tough while also incorporating easy-to-handle lightness and flexibility.
· It is safe to use, and due to its lack of absorbency is not prone to strength changes, even when wet.
· There is no danger of harmful gases such as dioxin being generated when burned as trash.
· Can be replaced by a cardboard pack type.
