AJX enables high-feed machining that is unimaginable with conventional tools by adopting a 2-step straight cutting edge and a sub-cutting edge that form the cutting angle α/β.

No chattering even in deep carving
With the AJX cutting edge shape, the part used for machining does not change even in deep carving.
Therefore, stable machining is possible even in machining with a large tool overhang.
