Microcheck Washing Solution

A one-touch aerosol type dyeing permeation inspection agent (cleaning solution) that is easy to use and convenient to carry.
[Features]
· Shows in a distinct red color fine faults that cannot be seen by the naked eye, so scratches are easier to see and do not get overlooked.
· Can be used regardless of the material, shape, or finishing condition of the inspection target (except for painted surfaces or plastic materials).
· Test results can be stored until wiped off.
· Does not require any special equipment and enables indoor/outdoor inspection from room temperature up to 80°C.
· Detection sensitivity is 1 μm scratch width and 10 μm depth (test results at -10°C to 50°C).

· Usable with all metals, whether iron, non-ferrous, magnetic.
· Also for various metals such as aluminum and magnesium alloys, which are susceptible to corrosion, as well as non-metals such as porcelain, glass, etc.
