The drain wire of ø0.18 mm (strand diameter: 0.18 mm) used in CC-link communication cables can be connected by the following method.
Remove the coating 30 to 35 mm from the end of the wire, and twist 20 to 24 drain wires about 10 times (7 times or more) with fingers.
Insert it into the hole for the drain wire of the connector cover and push the cover into the body.
Development story
