M Series small push-button switches with abundant variations.
[Features]
· Special silver-alloy contacts with distinguished abrasion resistance and arc resistance maintain high contact stability and a long service life.
· Contacts on the switches for minute currents are gold plated to obtain stable contact resistance and minimize effects of oxidation, sulfuration, etc.
· Case-molding material is an UL94V-0-certified product (self-extinguishing). Adopts a resin superior in arc resistance and insulation to maintain a long life as well as a high performance effect from low load to high load.
· Installs an internal insulation wall around each contact to boost insulation between terminals for improvement of durability.
· Adopts a structure in which movable contact piece receiver part pinches the piece for retention to improve contact reliability.
· Installs multiple insulation walls between terminals to expand the inter-terminal distance to consider insulation and dielectric safeties.
· Epoxy adhesive on terminals prevents flux intrusion and connector rattle, further improving contact stability.
