Connector developed as half pitch I/F of CNC Instrument System 18 and 16 Series by Fanuc Corporation.
[Features]
· Available connection methods are IDC, 20-pin solder type and 15-pin solder type.
· Effective 1.27 mm inter-contact pitch on downsizing of electronic equipment.
· Ribbon-shaped terminal structure resistant to prying provides a soft feel of insertion and removal.
· The case is divided at the center of the cable inlet port and is secured using 4 fixing hooks, making works easy.
· Single-action locking mechanism that makes attachment and detachment easy.
· In addition to an easily workable IDC type, a solder type that can be connected with various types of wire is also available as connection form.

The contact structure is ribbon shaped and resistant to twisting. Can be inserted and extracted without much force.

Termination Procedure
Set the protector to the FI30-20CAT.
Clamp the cable and terminate each signal wire to the protector.
Combine 2 protectors and temporarily fasten with the holding plate.
Cut the extra cable from the holding plate with nippers, cutter, etc.
Cover the holding plate with the connector main body and set to FI30-20GP.
Pull the handle down towards you (this completes termination.)
