· MELSEC-Q Series Temperature Adjustment Unit from MITSUBISHI.
· PID Loop Control Integrated Temperature Control Modules, Q64TCTTN/Q64TCTTBWN (Thermocouple) & Q64TCRTBWN (Platinum RTD)
o Ideal for machines requiring stable temperature control.
o Supports heating, cooling, and mixed control modes to prevent overheating/overcooling.
o Features peak current suppression and simultaneous temperature rise for energy savings and efficiency.
o Self-tuning function automatically adjusts PID constants.
· Loop Control Module, Q62HLC:
· Suited for high-precision temperature and flow rate control with 25 ms sampling.
o Connects to various thermocouple and sensor standards.
o Offers program and cascade control, with automatic PID adjustment.
· CC-Link network module, QJ61BT11N from MITSUBISHI.
