Single-action locking method, waterproof connector metal type
Robust due to the use of a metal shell. It is suitable for use in civil engineering, construction machinery, various machines, etc.
(Insulation resistance) 1,000 MΩ or more when measured at the specified voltage between the closest conductors.
(Withstand voltage) Even if the specified voltage is applied between the closest conductors for 1 minute, there is no abnormality such as a short circuit.
(Contact resistance) The conductor resistance when a pair of contacts are combined to the regular length is 5 mΩ or less.
(Vibration resistance) When the vibration test was performed, there was no functional problem and the contact resistance was 5 mΩ or less.
(Impact) When the impact test was performed, there was no functional problem and the contact resistance was 5 mΩ or less.
(Humidity resistance) After the humidity test, there is no functional problem and the insulation resistance is 10 MΩ or more.
(Temperature cycle) After the temperature cycle test, there is no functional problem and the insulation resistance is 1,000 MΩ or more.
(Salt spray) After the salt spray test, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
(Waterproof) There is no evidence of flooding after leaving it under a water pressure of 40 kPa for 24 hours under normal use.
