- Heater element is made from a chrome-plated steel wire wrapped around a mica sheet, then sealed airtight by a galvanized steel or stainless steel plate. It does not come into contact with the air, preventing oxidation or corrosion.
- Once installed, only periodic inspection is required.
- Heater element is fixed and completely insulated, ensuring it is safe and can handle heavy vibration.
