Precautions
- For copper wire only.
- Use the specified applicable crimp tool.
- Use within the wire conjugation range.
- If the above is not adhered to, abnormal fires may occur.
- Ensure that the core of the wire extends further than the cylindrical portion of the terminal by approximately 1 mm.
- Due to wire stripping dimensions, terminals with a wire stopper should be used for reference.
- Use nylon products as soon as possible after opening.
- Take care when storing, as the product is sensitive to temperature and humidity.

Conforming Tab Thickness Identification

Mating Part Shape

- Mating part is exposed.
- Mating part is insulated by the insulator and no post-processing is required.
Wire Insertion Part Shape
TMED Type

- In the TMED type, a copper pipe is inserted between the terminal and insulator.
- The length of the copper pipe is the same as that of the cylindrical portion of the terminal.
TMD Type

- In the TMD type, a copper pipe is inserted between the terminal and insulator.
- The copper pipe is long and the wire coating is gripped by the copper pipe when crimping.
TMDE Type

- In the TMDE type, a copper pipe is inserted between the terminal and insulator.
- The copper pipe is long and features a "funnel shape" that enables wire to be easily inserted.
- The wire coating is gripped by the copper pipe when crimping.
