· [Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene]Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene is used on the inner surface of the hose. It can be used as a hose for all types of equipment piping in pressure-feeding and suction (vacuum) applications, taking advantage of its chemical resistance, non-leaching, non-adhesion, low odor, and other characteristics.
· [Prevention of Being Bent and Crushed]The structure is reinforced with metal coils, making it resistant to bending and crushing, and capable of stably supplying fluid. It can be used with pressure feeding and suction (vacuum)

Fluorine hose ideal for conveying and transporting chemicals and solvents
- The inner tube is made of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene and has excellent chemical and solvent resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications
- The laminated integrated structure makes it softer and easier to handle than single-layer fluorine tubes

Hose that is resistant to fluid color and odor (smell)
- The reinforcing material is SUS316, which is hygienic, safe and secure without worrying about rusting

Cautions/prohibitions
Precautions Before and During Use of Hose
1. Use it within the operating temperature and pressure ranges. * Do not use TOYOFUSSO Hose, TOYOFUSSO-E Hose, or TOYOFUSSO SOFT Hose
for negative pressure applications. It may deform and become unusable.
2. The hose expands and contracts due to internal pressure, so please allow some leeway when piping.
3. When pressurizing, open and close the valve slowly to avoid *1impact pressure.
4. The innermost layer is made of fluoropolymer, so it is resistant to most chemicals and solvents, but whether or not it can be used depends on the conditions. Please be sure to check
the actual usage conditions. (Please check the TOYOX website or the manufacture's customer service center for chemical-resistant data.)
5. Use a hose ideal for the fluid to be used. Do not use it for any other purpose.
6. TOYOFUSSO Hose, TOYOFUSSO-E Hose, TOYOFUSSO S Hose, TOYOFUSSO Soft Hose, and TOYOFUSSO Soft S Hose use fluoropolymer as the innermost layer
and are resistant to fuel oils such as gasoline and solvents such as toluene, however please do not use it for fuel piping.
7. When using flammable fluids, it is recommended to ground the hose (earthing) by wrapping a metal wire around to reduce static electricity.
In addition, the TOYOFUSSO-E hose has an anti-static belt, so be sure to ground or bond the fitting.
8. The anti-static belt of TOYOFUSSO-E hose is intended for anti-static purposes and cannot be used for electrical connection such as
grounding wire, bonding wire, etc. Also, there is no function to remove static electricity from the fluid used. Take separate measures to eliminate static electricity from the fluid.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any personal or property damage that occurs before or after the hose ends.
9. TOYOFUSSO-E hose does not guarantee prevention of accidents.
The user is responsible for safety management such as limiting the flow rate of low-conductive liquids and flammable liquids and reducing spray concentration.
10. Standards of the Fire Service Act in Japan may apply depending on the usage status, so please check with your local fire department for details.
11. TOYOFUSSO, TOYOFUSSO-E, TOYOFUSSO S Hose, TOYOFUSSO SOFT Hose, TOYOFUSSO SOFT S Hose have a laminated structure, so even if the inner layer
is resistant to fluid, fluid may permeate the inner layer and cause deterioration and *6swelling of the middle and outer layers depending on usage conditions (high noise, high pressure, etc.). Also, depending on the characteristics of
the conditions of the fluid, the inner layer may wear out, *5 peel off, or melt, so please check carefully before use.
12. Clean the inside of the hose before use for drinking water or food. (Clean with boiling water (80°C or less) within 30 minutes and at a pressure of 0.1 MPa or less
.)
13. Hose *3 Please use it with a minimum bending radius or more. Use of the hose with less than the minimum bending radius will result in the hose bending and reduced pressure-resistant.
14. When used with powders, granules, etc., the hose may wear out easily depending on the conditions, so please make the bend radius as large as possible.
Also, please note that, in the case of the TOYOFUSSO-E hose, the black band on the anti-static band may be scraped off and mixed with the fluid.
15. Do not use the product in a state of extreme bending near the fitting.
16. Do not touch or bring close to naked flames.
17. Do not run over the hose with vehicles, etc.
18. Do not use the hose when it is crushed.
19. Do not hit the hose with hard, sharp objects such as steel or rub it strongly.
20. Do not energize. Hose rupture or electric shock may occur.
21. Do not allow fluids (food, etc.) to come into contact with anything other than the inner surfaces of hoses and fittings. Fluids may permeate the hose reinforcement layer or remain in the
fittings, causing bacteria growth (adhesion) and hose deterioration. Additionally, there is a risk of contamination with dust
, hose fragments (reinforcing material), and printing ink on the outside.
Precautions When Cutting Hose
1. Use a new cutter blade as much as possible when cutting the hose. (Reinforcing thread may protrude from the flange.)
2. When cutting the hose, cut so that the surface of the hose is perpendicular. If it is not vertical, leakage or disconnection, etc., may occur.
3. When cutting the TOYOFUSSO-S hose, be careful as there is a risk of injury from the end of the reinforcing material.
Assembly Warnings
1. For TOYOFUSSO Hose, TOYOFUSSO-E, TOYOFUSSO S Hose, and TOYOFUSSO Soft Hose, it is recommended to use the manufacture's dedicated fitting "TOYO Connector" or
"TOYOFUSSO Hose Dedicated Fitting."Use of fittings other than the dedicated fittings, or installation of the hose in a manner different from that described in the "Instruction Manual"
may degrade the performance of the hose.
2. After installation of the fitting, *4permanent distortion of the resin may cause fluid leakage, fitting disconnection, or hose rupture, so check the fitting type and hose material.

3. The pressure-resistant strength listed in this catalog is based on data obtained by pressure-resistance testing of a single hose using the manufacture's proprietary testing methods.
Therefore, customers may experience problems such as hose disconnection before the hose bursts, depending on the installation conditions of the fitting
(shape of hose nipple, type of hose clamp, number of hose clamps, tightening torque, shape of the clamp, etc.).
When attaching fittings to hoses, please select a safe and effective method of attaching fittings.
For technical inquiries regarding installation of fittings, etc., please contact the manufacture's customer service center.
4. When attaching the manufacture's dedicated fitting "TOYO Connector" to the hose, tighten it until there is no gap between the nipple and the cap nut.
If there is a gap between the nipple and the cap nut, the cap nut will act as an insulated conductor, accumulating static electricity, which may cause electric discharge or fire.
5. When fastening the TOYOFUSSO-E Hose with a hose clamp, be sure to ground (earth) or bond the clamp.
If it is not grounded, the hose clamp becomes an insulated conductor and accumulates static electricity, which may cause electric discharge or fire.
Notes on Testing
1. Pre-work inspection: Before using the hose, check for any abnormalities on the hose external appearance (damage, hardening, softening, changed color, etc.).
2. Periodic Inspection: Periodic inspections should always be performed once a month during the period of hose use.
If such abnormalities are observed
Hose lifespan is greatly affected by fluid physical properties, temperature, flow velocity, and the frequency of pressurization and depressurization. If any of the following abnormalities or
signs of such abnormalities are found during the pre-shift inspection or periodic inspection, stop using the hose immediately and replace it with a new one.
1. Abnormalities near the fitting: local elongation, curvature, leakage, swelling, shallow insertion into the nipple.
2. Presence of external damage: large scratches, cracks on the outer surface, and infiltration into the reinforcing layer
3. Inner surface abnormalities: inner surface swelling, *5peeling, and abrasion. (exposure of hose reinforcements)
(*) In the case of abnormalities on the inner and outer surfaces, there is a risk of hose detachments or pieces of reinforcement getting mixed in with the fluid material.
4. If there are other significant changes (Hardening, *6 swelling, cracking, blistering, discoloration of reinforcing layer, etc.)
Notes on Storage
1. Do not store outdoors or in direct sunlight. This may cause quality deterioration such as stickiness and cracks on the hose surface.
Store in a well-ventilated place with low humidity. Do not allow contaminants or dust to enter the hose.
2. When storing, avoid contact with other PVC products and do not store near rubber products.
Notes on Disposal
1. When disposing of the product, please follow the separate disposal procedures of each region.
2. The TOYOFUSSO hoses, TOYOFUSSO-E hoses, TOYOFUSSO-S hoses, and TOYOFUSSO SOFT hoses generate harmful gases when burned,
so please do not incinerate them. When disposing of the product, treat it as industrial waste.
