IZS40 Wiring
Wire cables according to the circuitry and wiring chart.
- 1.Grounding of F.G. (signal name) cable
Ensure that the F.G. cable is grounded with a ground resistance of 100Ω or less. The signal name F.G. shown in the wiring chart is used as a reference electric potential for de-ionization. If the ground terminal is not properly grounded, the optimal offset voltage cannot be attained and it may cause equipment failure. Ensure that the F.G. cable is grounded with a ground resistance of 100Ω or less. - 2.Connection circuit ("POWER" connector)
e-CON is used as the connector part for IZS40 wiring. Connector with cable and without cable may be selected during the power supply cable selection when placing an order. When only e-CON is required, order as a part. (*Cable should be acquired by the customer.)
Wiring Chart
| Number Stamped on Connector | Signal Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 24 V DC | Connect power supply to operate ionizer. |
| 2 | 0 V | |
| 3 | F.G. | Ensure grounding with a ground resistance of 100Ω or less to use as a reference electric potential for ionizer. If not grounded, performance cannot be obtained and equipment failure could also occur. |
