Selection
Applicable fluids
- *Corrosive gas: Do not use corrosive gas as it may cause corrosive stress cracks and other problems.
Piping

Wrapping the Sealing Tape
- *Sealing tape is not required as this product uses a pneumatic and hydraulic purpose G thread which conforms to ISO 1179-1.
- *When an R (taper) thread is used, leave 1 to 2 threads exposed at the tip before winding the sealing thread around it 4 to 5 times.
Always tighten threads with the proper tightening torque
*When attaching fittings to valves, tighten with the proper tightening torque shown below.
- Connection threads (G, Rc 3/4): Proper tightening torque 28 to 30 N·m
- Connection threads (G, Rc 1): Proper tightening torque 36 to 38 N·m
Operating environment
- *Do not use in locations with an explosive atmosphere.
- *Implement suitable protective measures in locations exposed to water, oil or spatter from soldering, etc.
Maintenance and inspection
Storage
- *In the case of long term storage after use, first thoroughly remove all moisture to prevent rust and deterioration of rubber materials.
