A clamping unit that can switch between 3 modes to suit the application.
Floating mode
· Effective for clamping of irregular workpieces (castings, forgings, flame-cut workpieces, etc.).
· Requires separate positioning with multi-rail, etc.
Centering mode
· The center line position can be maintained within ±0.1 mm even when the external dimensions of the workpiece change. For meshing of the same serration.
· Effective for clamping of workpieces such as cast metal parts.
Machine vise mode
· It can be used as a machine vise other than the 2 modes described above.
