- Large Size 5-Port Solenoid Valve, VP4□50/4□70 Series Elastic Body Seal from SMC.
- Solenoid valve for driving large cylinders.
- Manifold model: VVP45, VVP46
- This solenoid valve requires lubrication. Use turbine oil Class 1 (ISO VG32).
- Operating pressure range is 0.2 to 0.9 MPa.
- Operating ambient and fluid temperature is 0 to 60 °C (No freezing).
- Pipe port type can be selected 4 types, Rc, NPT, NPTF or G.

Precautions
- *1Piping: Pipe the P port so that supply air pressure remains above the operating pressure while operating. If throttling the air flow of the P port or opening the A/B ports in the atmosphere (or opening in almost the same conditions), pressure drops during valve operation can result in valve malfunctions.
- *2Air quality: Install an air filter and a lubricator on the upstream side.
- *3Lubrication: This solenoid valve requires lubrication. Use turbine oil Class 1 (ISO VG32). Contact the manufacturer support center regarding brands from each company.
- *4Operating environment: In dusty environments, install a silencer to EA/EB/Pilot EXH ports, etc., to prevent dust from entering.
- *5Operation in low temperatures: If operating in low temperatures, the external pilot type solenoid valve is recommended. 6 VP435□ (3-position closed center type): Be aware that this valve is constructed so that pressure in the cylinder will be discharged via the P port (causing the cylinder to move) if supply pressure to the P port is discharged or decreased when the cylinder is in an intermediate stop state.
