| Weight Note 1: | 100 g or less (without options) | ||
Note 1: Indicates the weight of a single unit.
For IITV00-n,
Total weight (g) ≤ number of stations (n) × 100 + 130 (weight of end block A and B assemblies) + DIN rail weight (g).
Note 2: When there is a downstream flow consumption, the pressure may become unstable depending on the tubing conditions.
Note 3: While the power is on, the solenoid valve may make noise when operating. This noise is normal and does not indicate a fault.
Note 4: When measuring ITV analog output from 1 to 5 V DC, if the load impedance is less than 100 kΩ, the analog monitor output accuracy of ±6% F.S. or less may not be achievable. If an accuracy within ±6% is required, contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Output pressure remains unaffected.
*When using under conditions equivalent to IP65, connect the fitting or tube to the breathing hole prior to use.
(Refer to the manufacturer's catalog for details.)
Operating Principles
When the input signal rises, the vacuum pressure solenoid valve (1) turns ON. Due to this, part of the vacuum pressure (VAC.) supply passes through the vacuum pressure solenoid valve (1) and becomes vacuum pressure. This vacuum pressure feeds back to the control circuit (4) via the pressure sensor (3). Here, pressure corrections continue through alternate operation of the vacuum pressure solenoid valve and atmospheric pressure solenoid valve until the vacuum pressure becomes proportional to the input signal, thus supplying vacuum pressure that is consistently proportional to the input signal.
