Note 3: Noise reduction effect may change depending on the solenoid valve air pressure circuit from which the exhaust is emitted, pressure, etc.
Note 4: Can be used at between -10 to +150 C as long as there is no risk of water drops being generated from the fluid and freezing.
Note 5: The recommended flow rate is the flow rate of when the primary pressure side is 0.5 MPa.
