Notes
About wiring
- * 1When using a product with the indicator light, refer to the wiring examples to wire the indicator light.
- * 2There are 2 name plates inside the device, "Neon lamp goes off when the pressure rises" and "Neon lamp lights when the pressure rises". The relevant plate is required to be pasted on the position outside the device where it can be easily checked.
- * 3The screws used for the terminals are M3.
Mounting and piping
- * 1 Some space is required for maintenance. The adjustment screw section on the top of the main unit may obstruct maintenance and the change of pressure regulation.
- * 2The mounting direction can be horizontal or vertical.
Pressure setting
- * 1For the pressure setting, turning the adjustment screw is required. The set pressure increases when the screw is turned to the plus (H) side on the top of the cover, and decreases when turned to the minus (L) side.
- * 2It is necessary to use a straight-slot screwdriver for the pressure setting and to fix it with a lock nut after setting in order to avoid deviation of the set pressure.
- * 3Hysteresis (width of ON-OFF) is fixed.
- * 4The switching setting display scale is the set value when the pressure rises.
Operating environment
- * 1It cannot be used in places where water or oil is scattered. Since it is an open type structure, if water or oil gets inside, the electric circuit will corrode, resulting in malfunction or damage.
- * 2Operating fluids are dedicated for air and inert gas. Liquids cannot be used.
- * 3It is completely unacceptable to use in an atmosphere of flammable liquid or flammable gas.
- * 4Since it does not have an explosion-proof structure, it may cause an explosion disaster.
Other
- * 1Spare parts are only lamp assemblies. Other parts cannot be replaced by a user, so it is necessary to request repair.
It is possible to change to L1, L2, and L5 by replacing each lamp assembly.
