Product Description
A reducing type fluoropolymer union tee fitting for use at temperatures of 200°C.
[Features]
· Unique quadruple-sealing construction (PAT.) provides a strong sealing effect and highly reliable performance against the leakage of liquids.
· Offers outstanding flow-through characteristics with minimized liquid pooling.
· The seal lock on the nut helps prevent loosening.
· The trapezoidal thread allows for the application of high levels of torque.
· The tube holding section on the nut utilizes a 2-stage system for securely holding tubes in place.
· Strong resistance to tube bending and deformation.
· Simply screw-in as far as the ends of the fitting to tighten the nut. No need for gauge management for positioning.
· The trapezoidal thread prevents the angled insertion of nuts.

Notes For Tubing
1. Use the dedicated tool for connecting tubes.
Refer to "High-Purity Fluoropolymer Fittings / Hyper Fitting LQ1, 2 Series Work Procedure Instructions" for notes regarding tube connections and dedicated tools.

2. Tighten the nut as far as the end surface of the main body. In order to confirm that it has properly reached the end surface of the main body, tighten by a further 1/8th (approx.) of a turn. You will know that you have sufficiently tightened the nut if it will turn no further past this point. Be sure to also refer to the appropriate tightening torques shown below.
