Simple and high-accuracy frictional joint fitting using the principle of Pascal.
[Features]
· The coupling between the shaft and the hub is realized by a hydro method using the principle of Pascal, and the shortcomings and difficulties caused by key connection are solved at once.
· The machining tolerance between the shaft and the hub is a general fit tolerance, and no special finishing is required. Positioning in both rotational and axial directions can be performed freely.
· Furthermore, the unique bolting of 1 hydro method greatly reduces the number of work steps.
· Because the concentricity is excellent at 0.02 mm, it is ideal for places where high-accuracy is required and the frequency of attachment and detachment is high.
· Operating space is not required because the structure is tightened from the radial direction.
