· Long lifespan 500 million times clear: The main valve is the PC1 series with a double poppet structure that has proven reliability and performance over many years.
· Both vacuum and positive pressure can be used: A pressure-balanced double poppet structure allows simultaneous control of pressure from vacuum to positive pressure (from -100 kPa to 0.8 MPa).
· Prevention of problems due to contaminant: The sub-base piping type has a built-in filter in the base gasket to prevent contaminant from entering the pipe and prevents problems due to contaminant.
· Clean/low dust generating: A double poppet construction without sliding parts realizes clean air blow without the use of lubricant oil.
· High flow rate C value 0.2 dm^3/ (s·bar): Body width 10 mm with C value 0.2 dm^3/(s·bar) and compact with large flow rate (reference: CV0.05, effective cross-sectional area 1 mm^2). Greatly contributes to reduction of supply/exhaust time.
