Main applicable fluid
- General petroleum hydraulic fluid oil.
- Low temperature petroleum hydraulic fluid oil.
Feature - This packing is used for low temperature and high pressure operations.
- Iron rubber is used for material and back ring can prevent the lack of interference at low temperature.

R = 0.3 or below
R1 = 0.5 or below
The surface of the rod should be finished by buffing (SPBF) to 0.8 to 1.6 μmRz (0.2 to 0.4 μmRz).
The roughness is JIS B 2601 : 2001. When regulation length cannot be kept, apply Pt.
How to Determine B dimension
■ When using backup ring. Please determine B dimension according to the table below.
■ When not using backup ring.
To determine B dimension, please refer to the graph in the right for the maximum extrusion gap (one side)
considering the eccentricity of operating condition of the rod.
