◇ A single unit does the work of 2 units.
· The valve of a single unit can function as main exhaust and conductance exhaust.
· A sub-cylinder is attached that can set the degree of valve opening as needed.
· Adopts the double cylinder method to offer smaller size and lower weight. Opening and closing is smooth due to the air cushion effect.
◇ The unique gate mechanism works against reverse pressure, and the interface is a very thin type. (It does not use a cam spring.)
◇ It is assembled and inspected in a clean room.
