· Over a wide range from the low current range to the rated current or more, it is proportional to the electric current and torque, and the torque control characteristics are excellent.
· There is no difference between static friction torque and dynamic friction torque, and there is constant torque regardless of speed. In addition, stable slip torque is generated without stick-slip.
· Due to the efficient magnetic path design with small self-inertia, the powder separates and converges quickly, and exhibits excellent performance for frequent starting and stopping.
· Slip torque 4 N⋅m type and 8 N⋅m type reduce coil capacity by optimizing magnetic circuit. In both the cases, the power consumption is reduced to 20 W or less (reduced by 30% to 40% compared to the conventional model), realizing power saving.
· The forced cooling type OPC-A series is the same size as the natural cooling type OPC-N series, also the adoption of a grooved pipe shape inside the clutch saves space and significantly improves the allowable slip rate (permissible slip rate that exceeds 1 torque size of the naturally cooled N series).
· The OPC-N type has better responsiveness than the OPC type and is ideal for feedback control.
