The NB sliding guide SGW type is a linear motion bearing where the ball performs a rolling motion inside of a four-row raceway groove. Suited for use with a single shaft due to the low profile and the wide width.
[Features]
· The shaft way grooves have been worked into an approximate R-shape at the radius of the steel balls, which provides a long life, high load capacity, and wide width contact area for the steels balls.
· The wide width allows this to adequately withstand moments using with a single shaft and greatly improve the capability.
· Steel balls have been evenly positioned in the 45° direction in order to achieve the same load capability both vertically and horizontally.
· Ideal for use in clean rooms given due to the standardization of the LB specifications where a low temperature black chrome treatment has been performed on the rail and block to greatly improve the corrosion resistance.
· The side seal comes standard equipped. Under-seals and a dedicated cap has been included in order to further improve the dust-proofing performance.
· A fiber sheet that includes a lubricant oil can be incorporated inside of the block body to greatly extend the oil-supply intervals and adequately supply lubricant oil to the raceway grooves. (refer to P.A-16)
