SGL-E Type - High Rigidity Short Type with Flange-

The NB sliding guide SGL type is a linear motion bearing where the ball performs a rolling motion inside of a two-row raceway groove.
Used in all types of application due to its high load capacity despite its compact size.

[Features]
· Large diameter balls are used to work the shaft way grooves into an approximate R-shape at the radius of the steel balls, which provides a long life, high load capacity, and wide width contact area for the steels balls.
· Adopts a structure with 4-rows, 2-point positive electrode structure, that can run in a stable manner with low friction even when the preload is increase and the rigidity is increased.
· Steel balls have been evenly positioned in the 45° direction in order to achieve the same load capability both vertically and horizontally.
· A fiber sheet that includes a lubricant oil can be incorporated inside of the block body to greatly extend the oil-supply intervals and adequately supply lubricant oil to the raceway grooves. (refer to P.A-16)
· The balls have been positioned in a manner so that the auto-alignment capability will increase and thus make it possible to absorb mounting error.
· Ideal for use in clean rooms given due to the standardization of the LB specifications where a low temperature black chrome treatment has been performed and stainless steel (SGLS type) has been used with greatly improved durability performance.
· The side seal comes standard equipped. Under-seals, double-seals, scrapers, a bellows, and a dedicated cap has been included in order to further improve the dust-proofing performance.
· The NB reverse seal device can be used to reduce wasted grease and is maintenance-free for long periods of time. (refer to P.A-17)
