Ensat is an insert nut with good workability that can be used for resin, aluminum, etc., materials whose internal threads would easily break if tapped directly. There is no need of tapping beforehand because its own blade cuts materials. Reinforcing a female thread with Ensat enables using aluminum and resin parts, which helps weight reduction. Ensat supports a force applied to the internal threads with external threads that is slightly larger, which enables withstanding a force larger than a directly tapped thread can.
