Features a smaller chain pitch than the plastic top chain. This allows use of sprockets with a smaller outer diameter, effectively reducing the gap between the end of one conveyor and the start of the next conveyor. Diverse range of chain pitches and link widths available. Suitable for a wide range of applications. Sprockets for JIS roller chains can be used. Designed with a block shape and small link width. Ideal for conveying small goods. Multiple strands can be used in parallel. Ideal for conveying pallets, etc. The plastic pin type is entirely resin, making it lightweight and easy to handle. Has a longer service life under water-lubricated conditions than the stainless steel pin type chain.
