Product Description

[Features]
· Because the seat surface area is large, it prevents indentation (cupping phenomenon) of the seat surface of the tightened object.
· Since the seat surface is integrally molded with the bolt main body, there is absolutely no sagging like with a spring washer.
· The smooth seat surface ensures stable tightening torque and axial force.
· Because the seating area is large, the drilled hole diameter (oversized hole) for the tightened object can be made larger, resulting in smoother mounting work.
· Eliminating the need for a washer greatly reduces the number of parts required.

Note: 1. The maximum tightening torque values are based on the assumption that the clamped material is SS400 with a finished surface of approximately 25S, the female thread material is SS400, and the thread accuracy is 6 g or equivalent to class 2.
2. If the material of the tightened part, the finished surface, the female thread material, or the thread accuracy differs, the torque coefficient will change, so separate calculation is required.

Product Feature Details

The recommended tightening torque (Tf) may result in variations in initial tightening force depending on the tool used.
Recommended tightening torque (Tf) = Tool-specific value × maximum tightening torque (Tfarmx)
