· Features a bias piston to prevent ring vibration and a pressure balancing mechanism to prevent oil leakages. This enables high efficiency operation at high pressures. Exhibits stable performance of up to 14MPa.
· The unique bias piston mechanism helps improve responsiveness.
· Provides rapid responsiveness when switching between both ON-OFFand OFF-ON states, enabling instantaneous, stable, and accurate operation.
· Uses quiet journal bearings. Uses a three-point ring mount support system with bias pistons. Further improvements made to the intake/exhaust ports, etc., have enabled quiet operation/movement with little in the way of vibration, even in high pressure ranges.
