Product Description
Compound bearing (bushing type) with low friction characteristics and the strength and dimensional stability of metal materials.
This environmentally friendly, "lead-free," "complete lubrication-free" bearing requires no additional lubricant and does not use any lead at all.
Daidyne DDK05 is a composite bearing that combines a low-friction polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) bearing surface through the use of a special filler agent, with the strength and dimensional stability of a metal backing.

· The bearing surface slides smoothly without lubrication because its dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient are extremely small.
· No "Stick-Slip."
· Also safe to use in oil.
· Can be used within a temperature range of -200°C to +280°C.
· Suitable for use in different applications, including high-load, impact load, intermittent operation and oscillating motions.
· Free from electrostatic induction (when installed, each bearing has an electrical-resistance of 1 to 10 Ω per 1 cm2).
· The bearing surface has superior chemical-resistance and is not affected by solvents such as petroleum and alcohol.
· Will not damage the mating shaft.
· An extraordinarily long service lifespan.
· The bearing is lightweight and thin (up to 3 mm), with a compact design that does not take up much space.
· Minimizes operating noise.
