The power rigid coupling is a rigid type coupling for use with manufacturing machinery that can fasten with high reliability given the tapered lock structure. This has a structure with no flexible elements to provide high rigidity. Uses a tapered lock system to achieve an even greater shaft fastening strength. The tapered lock part is a fastens with friction so there will not be any backlash. Compact settings can be made because the shaft direction length has been made as short as possible. Greatly reduce costs by standardizing the parts and using a simple structure. Can quickly mount and align the bolts on each side by tightening bolts in both directions. The outer ring has a polygonal shape which reduces moment of inertia.
