[Features]
· The gap gauge can be used to check whether the fitting is properly tightened (at the time of initial tightening).
· Because the product is flare-less type, it is possible to connect simply by connecting the pipe and tightening the nut, so there is no need for special tools or heating for the flare tool.
· Due to the unique inter-operation of the double ring, the ring effectively creates plastic deformation and compresses the tube tightly, resulting in very high pressure-resistance.
· Because the main body seal has dense ultra-finish, high airtightness can be obtained despite using metal seal method.
· Light tightening torque, small in size and lightweight, and can be easily attached and removed.
· The thread section of the nut is silver plating to prevent the seizure of the thread.
· The tube size is displayed on the body, so user can check the size at a glance.
· Can manufacture goods complying to requirements for a high pressure gas product certified by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Note) Does not apply to the products that include a tapered thread connection for maintaining airtightness on the thread surface.
