· Material: Silicone chrome steel for Piano wire type B or spring. Operating temperature: -30 to +100°C.
· Outer diameter tolerance: +0 mm, -0.5 mm. Inner diameter tolerance: +0.7 mm, -0.4 mm.
· Custom length tolerance: ±0.5 mm for 50 mm or less, ±1% for 55 mm or more. Load tolerance: ±10%.
· Maximum deflection: Custom length × 32%.
· Can be provided at low cost by standardizing and managing the stock of round wire coil springs in advance.
· A long size (L = 300) product is prepared for each outer diameter. Can be cut to the length required for use.
