Coiled packing treated with PTFE dispersion and lubricating oil, carbonized with PTFE film, and then finished by braiding into a square cross-section.
[Features]
· Coil packing wherein carbon fibers are treated with PTFE dispersion, and the yarn carbonized with PTFE film is braided into square cross section, and then the surface is finished with PTFE dispersion, inorganic filler material or lubricating oil.
· The coil packing being scorch resistant significantly improves ease of handling.
· PTFE film suppresses the generation of abrasion powder of fibers.
·Can be used for a relatively wide range of fluids.
