Usage Example
Mounting Method
- Drill the screw hole according to the G dimension.
- When installing on a machine with particularly strong vibrations, wrapping sealing tape around the thread section will prevent loosening.
- When mounting, use the following values as a reference and adjust according to your operating environment.
No. 2 AR, No. 3 AR: 7–8 N⋅m No. 4 AR: 8–10 N⋅m
No. 6 AR: 10–12 N⋅m No. 8 AR: 12–15 N⋅m
No. 10 AR, No. 12 AR: 13–15 N⋅m
<KIM-ARS type>
- Since a fluoropolymer packing is used in the seal part, please adjust the tightening torque according to the following reference values and your operating environment to avoid loosening it too much during installation.
No. 2, 3, 4 ARS: 8–11 N⋅m No. 6 ARS: 10–13 N⋅m
No. 8 ARS: 12–15 N⋅m No. 10, 12 ARS: 13–15 N⋅m
Cautions and Prohibitions
Cautions and Prohibitions
- In the case of a round oil gauge, even if the oil level falls below the oil gauge, residual oil may remain visible inside the gauge due to surface tension. The reflector uses painted stainless steel to make the oil level easier to see, but please note that it may be affected by certain chemicals.
