Product Description

· The KL type oil gauge uses special synthetic resin for the mounting bolt and set section.
· The oil window section uses transparent resin with excellent impact resistance and minimal deformation under load.
· The mounting bolt and set section and the oil window section are joined together with a connecting bar.
· When installing the oil gauge, sealing can be done with just the mounting gasket, making installation easy.
· The reflectors of the KL and KL2 types have red graduations on a white background, and the back side of the oil window is printed in white.
· Not only can you check the oil level, but you can also observe detailed oil conditions.
· Pressure resistance is 0.5–0.8 MPa, and heat resistance is 90°C.
· For the KL2 model, only the indicator line on the reflector is different; the pitch and all other dimensions are the same as the KL model.

Usage Example
Mounting Method
- Drill the H dimension screw holes according to the pitch of the A dimension.
- With the letter H facing up, securely and evenly tighten the upper and lower bolts for easy installation.
- The tightening torque for the mounting bolts should be approximately 2–3 N⋅m. If you do not have a torque driver, stop tightening when the screw becomes tight with normal force. There is no need to tighten it any further.

- Please drill the mounting hole pitch with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.1.
- When tightening the mounting bolt, if the position of the mounting gasket shifts, bites into the screw, or twists, it may cause oil leakage. Please be aware when mounting.
- If the product will come into direct contact with paint thinner, please use the paint thinner-resistant (S type). (Custom order product)
Cautions and Prohibitions
- The main body is susceptible to organic solvents such as cleaning oil and paint thinner, which may cause cloudiness or cracks. Do not use them under any circumstances. Also, avoid prolonged exposure to these environments. In particular, please be careful when handling during painting.
*In some cases, certain cutting oils may cause cloudiness or cracks in the transparent resin of the oil window. Please note this.
